Jack Felice
Jack Felice (b. New York, New York) is a photographer and collage artist. Felice studied poetry in college and started taking photographs to distract himself from writing. Photography was how he got comfortable working in visual art, ultimately leading to his interest in collage. You’ll often find geometric shapes, especially squares, fabrics, and vistas in his work, as well as hands and obscured faces. Felice enjoys utilizing blocking and erasure techniques. “I like collecting colors and patterns to reuse in different pieces,” He says, “kind of like a callback.”
Felice is currently based in Tallahassee, Florida.
